Entry eligibility & raffle entry

The Northwest Surrogacy Center Great Wolf Lodge Giveaway is open to all persons who are legal residents of the United States, who are between 21 and 42 years old at time of entry and meet the basic eligibility requirements to be a surrogate with Northwest Surrogacy Center.

Each eligible individual who completes an intake form will receive one (1) entry into the raffle.
If that individual is qualified and completes their Zoom interview, they will receive one (1) additional entry for a total of two (2) entries into the raffle.
For those who have previously submitted an intake form before the entry period but lost contact, if the individual reaches back out and schedules a Zoom interview they will receive one (1) entry into the raffle upon completion of the interview.
Returning surrogates who complete their repeat surrogate interview are eligible for one (1) entry.

Surrogate requirements include:

living in one of the surrogacy friendly states we work in
physically and mentally healthy
between 21 and 42 years old
a non-smoker
parenting your own child, with a history of a healthy pregnancy
willing to take medication by injection for several months
willing to abstain from alcohol and drugs
have a BMI between 18 and 34 (check your BMI)

Our 12 surrogate-friendly states include California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, Colorado, Minnesota, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Official rules

Entry period

This Giveaway begins on April 16th, 2025 and ends on June 16th, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (“Entry Period”). To enter during the Entry Period, eligible participants must complete an intake form through NWSC’s website. Each eligible intake form submitted during the Entry Period constitutes one (1) entry into the Giveaway. No entries will be accepted after the close of the Entry Period.

Limitations on entries

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Duplicate entries, false or incomplete information, or entries submitted by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified. No third-party entries or automated entries.

Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded: three $500 gift cards ($1,500 total package) to any Great Wolf Lodge. The prize will be delivered electronically via email. All travel arrangements and usage of funds are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Any expenses not explicitly included in the prize description are solely the responsibility of the winner. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $1,500. The prize must be claimed by August 1, 2025 or it will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for changes or limitations to Great Wolf Lodge availability, offerings, or services.

Drawing

A random drawing will be held on July 17, 2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be selected by NWSC. NWSC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet eligibility or who has otherwise violated these rules. The winner will be notified via email. In the event the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

General terms

By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of NWSC, which shall be final in all respects. NWSC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any problem arises that corrupts the administration, security, or integrity of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NWSC, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or receipt of any prize. Except where prohibited by law, winner agrees to allow NWSC to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission.

Raffle entry details:
